This privacy policy covers the CargoTrans treatment of personal information that is recorded when you submit your details to freight and vehicle exchange.

Information collection and use

Newsletters & Offers to E-mail (e-mail alerts)

CargoTrans reserves the right to use the contact information collected during site submission or later if you updated your profile to deliver newsletters (changes and updates to our services) or if you have subscribed to incoming cargo or truck offers to your e-mail to deliver those.

You may remove yourself from any or all of our notice newsletters and e-mail alerts, at anytime using the unsubscribed methods or described instructions provided in those mailings. In case of abuse please report abuse to info@cargotrans.co.uk 

Freight exchange member directory

CargoTrans offers one type of company profile listing – Freight exchange member directory. When you registered your company to CargoTrans freight exchange your profile is seen to other members by default. If you in any how do not want your company details to be seen to others you always have an option to advise us that we make a record invisible, just send us e-mail to info@cargotrans.co.uk and we will get this done.

E-mail protection enabled

We collect e-mail addresses in order to send you newsletters approx. one per month and/or to send you cargo/truck offers if you have subscribed to each of the following subscribed services. We reserve the right to send you some additional information upon request, at both registration and when invoicing.

But we do not use your e-mail for any other reasons and we make it not visible at viewing offers and at Members directory. Please make sure you enter a valid e-mail address. If your e-mail address has changed please update your profile accordingly. If you have subscribed to incoming offers please make sure you provide a valid e-mail address, failure to do so, we may cancel your offer to e-mail subscription.

Cookies

CargoTrans uses cookies in the present time. We have set up a cookie witch is installed in your computer only for propose of having easy access to our freight and vehicle exchange services. Each time you did not logout from freight exchange CargoTrans, you will not have to enter username and password next time you want to use them. Please log out, if you were using them from a public computer.

But it may happen that cookies are preventing you from entering the freight exchange, to avoid this to happen we recommend you to set your internet settings in IE or others browser so that it support/allow cookies. At IE on default level - medium security.

Please follow next steps, on your browser IE - Internet Explorer:

1. click tools,
2. click internet possibilities at the end,
3. click security,
4. choose Internet,
5. click default level, now log in freight exchange.

If you still can not use our on-line services, maybe you would have to clean up your computer with the latest anti-spy program (like adaware,..) or try to use other browser then IE (Firefox, Mozzila,Opera,...).If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us. Security

Your personal information collected during submission or later is stored in the password protected directory. We will treat all information recorded in our database as confident. Access is restricted to CargoTrans team.
